Employment: Full Time

Salary: 30,000 -35,000 AED

Our client is a well-known company with 25 years experience across the Rubber Industry, Lubricants and Adhesives Industries, Foam Industries and more. We are proud to hold solid reputation within the market for being a strong competitor as well as an employer of choice.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients and their rapid sales team growth, we are now seeking an experienced Regional Chemical Sales Engineer with as part of a team to focus on Selling in to the industries like Foam, Paint and Coatings and Cosmetics and concentrate on chemicals such as epoxy resins, polyols, TDI and MDI, glycerene and solvents and much more.

Responsibilities include:

Development, training, performance and management of the sales team across all functions.

To lead the team in all sales and marketing across all divisions and be the main point of contact for each sales person, supervise and if necessary deal with any enquiry from the clients.

To work with the directors to recommend activity and revenue targets per sales person and per region and oversee all sales people with regular individual meetings to measure work against performance.

To work closely with the Directors recommending and designing marketing campaigns for both old and new products, expanding the range of customers and if necessary, acquiring new sales person to develop the sales.

Closely work with research and development team to provide all the technical information required to expand the sales of his team and develop new products.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

Education to a degree level (MBA preferred)
Technical Experience and experience in RAW chemicals
Minimum 5 years of experience in overseeing the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in management of employees in a sales environment both local and international
Experience of public speaking and representing a professional organisation in a public capacity.
Understanding of interpreting sales budgets and profitability reports.
