Job description / Role
- Strategize on how to develop major account relationships as well as new business
- Manage and oversee the P&L to ensure key indicators (Gross, Net, COS, A&P & D&P) are within the agreed budget
- Manage the key relations within the distributors across the region, ensuring best practice is delivered within the Middle East
- The RCM will monitor and work closely with the sales team to aid the growth within their specific accounts, as well as developing their careers within the organisation
- Constantly monitor competitor performance within the region via local market visits, media, insight reports (SAP, Nielsen, GFK) to ensure the business can adapt to any activity
Requirements
- High exposure Foods would be advantageous
- Minimum of 10 15 years food experience within HORECA
- Experience within in the Middle East, managing multiple countries
- Must have full P&L responsibility
- Essential undergraduate educated/ preferred MBA
- Must speak English and being an Arabic speaker would be a advantage
