Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client is one of the leading International Service Providers and their Dubai based team is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee their Regional Operations.

The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Design and ensure the day to day operation of the companys compensation and benefits function in an efficient manner within the EEMEA region
- Act as a point of contact for all queries, compensation and benefits related across the Dubai Central Service
- Provide support to the Payroll Officer for all payroll enquiries
- Analyse EEMEA organisation pay structure through job evaluation and propose further recommendation for any salary change
- Roll out job banding and salary banding to all countries across the region
- Compile statistical reports on remuneration and benefits and conduct external market review on packages when requested
- Design policies to close gaps in compensation of employees by introducing the internal equity at affordable costs
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with internal business partners by accessing business need on compensation & benefits and provide initiative where required
- Participate in HRIS and Payroll system design and implementation projects
- Support the local and regional HR teams at all times where necessary
- Perform other duties as requested by the Regional HR Director

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in finance, business management, HR or related field
- Excellent communication skills, fluent, verbal and written English required, Arabic is a plus
- At least 3 years practical experience of HR administration with emphasis on C&B management
- Extensive knowledge of HR and local laws
- Proven track record of implementing and delivering of salary structures and remuneration solutions
- MNC experience/fast paced service environment
- Systems use and implementation experience preferred e.g. Oracle, SAP, ADP
