Job description / Role
Regional Customer Operations Management Internship - Laundry and Home Care GCC
- Work with the sales department in the daily tasks.
- Benchmark and highlight areas of improvement to increase quality in forecasting of clients demands by Sales Management and Sales Planner as vital input for supply chain and short-term financial forecasts
- Evaluate and streamline of local customer service processes such as administration of clients order, fulfillment of it by delivery note and invoice, claim management & corrections and client bonus payment.
- Benchmark of supply chain related KPIs such as Service Level, Slow Moving Items, Complaint Credit Notes or Demand Planning Quality: analysis and drive for improvement
- Analyze for efficiency improvements in sales related part of Order-to- Cash process including the interfaces and common areas with supply chain material management, logistics, purchasing and finance
- Liaise with supply chain on customer value chain efficiency projects
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or any relevant discipline from a reputable university to be able to take on the daily tasks of the sales deoartment.
- From 0-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Fluent English Language skills.
- Excellent MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
