Job description / Role

The role will be to drive learning, talent development and growth within the Line of Service. They will work within the wider Regional L&D team and Deals leadership to manage the learning and development agenda for the Deals Practice within ME.
Requirements
* PwC knowledge and experience
* Ideally an understanding of the Deals practice and ME experience
* Ability to travel to in the ME region as required
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
* A self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on their own initiative
* Must be available to work flexible hours and be flexible in the role
* Ability to work with a team against tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
* Strong computer skills
* To coordinate and manage ad-hoc development needs for individuals and teams within Deals
* Shared responsibility with Regional HC to ensure all New Hires under-go effective induction
* Liaise with the business to understand development requirements
* Research and confirm training needs of staff (TNA)
* Create learning pathways
* Training design, development and delivery
* Coordinate L&D activities for around 400 staff using the LMS system
* Work collaboratively with other LoS L&D leads and the Regional L&D team
* Support design and manage Deals specific events- eg Advisory University
* Manage L&D budgets for Deals
* Manage training and leaning events for Deals staff on the LMS
