Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To deliver the agreed change brought about by GSNPF within a specific region, facilitating the regional information for detailed design & testing requirements, stakeholder engagement and communications
- Activities relating to solution detailed design, testing and support.
- Complete a number of key change management activities on a local level, feeding back information to the project team.
- Identifying and Mitigating Risks and Issues in region for the delivery of GSNPF.
- Cascading project communications, and facilitating two way communication between the project and Users.
- Preparing the business for go live in region.

Requirements

- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in a logistics/planning role .
- Knowledge of SAP (SNP) /ISC and advantage
- Must be non-comparative, objective and relevant. Critical/essential to accomplish the role
- Demonstrated ability to manage change
- Ability to manage medium/small projects and secure delivery within agreed time scales and costs
- A working knowledge of the supply chain business processes and supporting applications
- A good understanding of how MRP and ERP applications are used to manage the supply of goods to commercial distribution.
- Ability to communicate complex issues to multidisciplinary teams and to deliver education and training in a clear and credible way
- Actively participating as a member within a multidisciplinary team and facilitating team dynamics
- Ability to deliver education and training material to a wide variety of business users and IT support organizations
- Ability to influence Users at different locations, cultures and functions

Relevant to the role, but not critical/essential
- A flexible and innovative approach - must be capable of initiating new lines of development and be able to communicate and promote these improvements to customers
- A good understanding of the systems development cycle, supporting documentation, change control and validation processes
- Awareness of how logistics developments within and outside the industry can be applied to the company processes to improve performance, operability or efficiency
- An understanding of Manugistics would be advantageous.
- At least OE Green Belt or relevant OE experience
