The RoleThe RoleThe Regional Director (Infrastructure) is responsible for integrating development, resource management and operational strategies as well as the delivery of the regional business plan which includes business group short and long term targets for the region. Reporting to the Infrastructure Managing Director and Infrastructure management team, the Regional Director will be responsible for: • Providing overall leadership to the regional infrastructure business; • The development of the technical capability to meet increasing business needs; • The utilisation of support facilities; • Medium/long term manpower planning for projected needs • The development of plans and execution of activities which enable the regional infrastructure business portfolio to grow. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuitable candidates will need to be chartered Civil Engineers (or equivalent) who can demonstrate: • A successful track record of business development, commercial management and business unit management. • Have strong business development skills, having identified and secured large projects • Have held overall P&L responsibility for an infrastructure/transportation business unit (preferably in the Middle or Far East) • Have sound technical experience gained from hands-on experience on large complex infrastructure/transportation projects. Salary and package are above the market value and will reward past experience.
