Regional Director

Job description / Role

An internationally recognised Automotive Solutions business is seeking a Regional Director with an excellent background in spare parts and unit sales to take the lead in developing their presence on African continent

The Regional Director will collaborate with the Vice President, Global Sales in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company and manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

You'll be directly responsible for managing the activities of a number of Area Sales Managers whilst continuing to generate personal revenue.

Requirements

It is imperative that the successful candidate come from an automotive background and has had significant exposure to the African market. Additionally you'll a strong and pragmatic leader and retain the hunger to drive both team and personal revenue.

There is an element of travel with this position, so the successful candidate must be prepared to be away for approximately 70-90 days in the year
