Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational software company headquartered in the US who specialise in consulting and services to education, financial services and public sector organisations. Due to business need, our client is looking to hire a Director of Professional Services to cover the MENA region.
You will build the companys capability to offer solution oriented consulting services as well as non-product related services to existing and prospective clients. You will take centralised oversight, control and support within the project portfolio environment. You will also provide a broad range of project leadership along with administrative and organisational support services to a number of groups operating across a diversified range of solutions in a busy and complex environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years experience in a consulting organisation. It is essential you have a substantial IT / business consulting background and direct experience in selling and delivering large scale consulting engagements. You should also have extensive experience in financial services across the MENA region. Additionally, you should have the flexibility to travel when required, excellent English communication skills whilst Arabic would be an advantage.
