Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Participate in International business development activities, including new growth conceptualization
• Support the formulation and implementation of business plans and objectives
• Secure and manage strategic partners and customers
• Monitor business performance through established lead indicators and growth strategies

Market Plan
• Support implementation of sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and capture market share in the window films industry in assigned territories.
• Achieve corporate sales target by aggressively opening up new markets as assigned through sourcing and appointment of new channel partners.
• Drive success of existing customers by facilitating them to meet the required sales target.

Marketing programs
o Participate in the development and implementation of joint marketing and promotional programs with country distributors/dealers/franchisees to increase sales.
o Provide marketing support and consultation to country distributors/dealers/franchisees consistent with the company’s overall marketing strategies and image.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend new marketing initiatives towards the achievement of sales targets.

Distributors/Dealers/Franchisees Management

o Build relations and advise distributors/dealers/franchisees on price, service, business direction
o Conduct thorough due diligence and market studies to evaluate potential distributors/dealers/franchisees in accordance with the company’s guidelines to support the selection of distributors/dealers/franchisees.
o Ensure that systems, policies and procedures are applied for the effective and efficient operations of the distributors/dealers/franchisees business
o Monitor distributors/dealers/franchisees operations and their financial performance against set targets and recommend improvement programs to address underperformance.
o Participate in the development and implementation of incentive programs to boost distributors/dealers/franchisees sales performance.
o Follow through with trainings on the Company’s products and franchise operations to equip distributors/dealers/franchisees with the appropriate expertise and knowledge to achieve performance targets

Requirements

Ideal candidate should be from the Middle East region

Must be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and oral

Required Degree / Education:

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Required Skills/Knowledge:
• Good CQ (culture quotient)
• Strong understanding of international commercial practices
• Strong Inter-personal, communication, marketing and customer service skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• A high degree of self-motivation, self-discipline, ethics and enthusiasm with high strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and high degree of resourcefulness
• Creative problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations
• Must be fluent in English. Ability to converse in Arabic language will be an advantage.

Nice to Have Skills/Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the window films or glass market

Required Experience:
• At least 5 years relevant experience in regional sales, marketing and business development
