Regional Facilities Manager - Africa

One of the leading commercial property service groups is urgently seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in covering French speaking Africa.

The successful Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high facility service levels to corporate clients.
- This role will be based in Johannesburg but will be travelling around 70% of the time monitoring facility levels in French Africa.
- Inspire and Challenge the site FM teams to strive for the highest standard of operational delivery.
- Provide effective, coherent and enthusiastic area management of FM supply chain and device silvery across all sides, driving improvement in all areas.
- Work with the finance team to deliver timely, accurate and relevant months reporting, budgets and forecasting.

Requirements

- Fluent in both speaking and written French and English.
- African experience.
- Senior management experience.
- Electrical or technical engineering degree
- Excellent stokehold management/CRM, including experience at dealing with senior level clients.
- Will have outstanding negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
