Regional Finance Director - Middle East, India, Africa
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently looking for a Regional Finance Director to join their team in Dubai.
The Regional Finance Director is a part of the Regional MEIA Senior Leadership and together with the other regional leaders will determine, shape and deliver substantial, profitable regional business. Its key roles and responsibilities include business leadership, management of capital (equity and debt), financial management, reporting and performance, valuations, talent development, feasibilities and new markets and building relationships.
Requirements
In order to be qualified for this role, ideal candidate must have minimum of five years in corporate finance role and as well as managing P&Ls and balance sheets. Candidate must have real estate experience and with proven track record in raising debt and equity and with strong financial modeling skills. Also, you must be a qualified Accountant, highly numerate and has experience establishing and developing senior banking/ investor/ other external stakeholder relationships.
