Job description / Role
Reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Director will manage a finance team locally and international for this retail client.
The Regional Finance Manager role will be to primarily ensure the reporting function is streamlined and standardised across the businesses. Furthermore the role will be a business partner to the Managing Director to improve the supply chain, marketing, warehousing and pricing structures of the products sold.
The role will have 7 direct reports, 3 in Dubai and 4 internationally.
Requirements
- Experience in Retail or FMCG is essential
- Experience Managing a team of Finance professional
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
- Experience in the big 4 performing audits is essential
- Understanding of retail pricing structures is essential

Whats up on offer:
Basic, housing and transport allowance totalling between 35,000 AED and 40,000 AED per month + medical, insurance and bonus.
