Regional Financial Controller - Dubai - Leading International Law Firm

Regional Financial Controller is required to manage all aspects of internal finance including: budgeting and forecasting; management reporting; tax management; annual audits and tax return filing; working capital; cash management; accounts payable and payroll.

Preference would be given to candidates from the consulting and professional services background.

The ideal candidate should:
- Be a hands-on financial controller, ideally within a professional services environment in the United Arab Emirates, having completed a minimum of two year-end processes.
- Have previously managed a team and through appropriate delegation, ensured all operational financial activities were completed accurately and to time.
- Be proactive, have a high level of demonstrable organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail plus proficiency in project management and used to working to very tight deadlines.
- Have excellent communications skills, well developed influencing and persuasion skills and will be good at building relationships at all levels.
- Be educated to degree (or equivalent) level and have a CIMA/ACCA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
