The Role


The Role


Our client is a multinational services provider with operations across all six continents. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking to appoint a FP&A Manager to manage Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will be responsible for organizing FP&A function within the region. Key elements of FP&A function include:

Building Regional FP&A team based in Dubai
Establishing Regional FP&A functional governance across the Region
Provision of accurate and timely reporting and Business Intelligence to Corporate Office and Regional stakeholders
Supporting Company’s Management on FP&A aspects of Business Administration
Month-end reporting through Corporate consolidation software
Analysis of Company’s activity in the dimensions required by the business
Maintenance and further development of Data warehouse and Business Intelligence tools
Lead role in the Forecast and Budget process.

Responsibilities:
• Build a strong communication structure within EEMEA Region, collating relevant information impacting profitability and ensuring awareness of key stakeholders on financial performance.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate and is submitted within the deadline set by the Group (Cognos)
• Provide sound financial / non-financial performance analysis and commentary
• Prepare the financial planning and budget exercise and ensure a high level of accuracy
• Actively participate to month end closing by ensuring correct revenue and cost allocation and by proposing appropriate accruals
• Actively participate to cost control projects and propose actions to ensure containment of general overheads
• Review and improve all processes related to revenue and cost recognition, and ensure appropriate communication across all the departments of the organisation
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting tool/dashboard to provide better control of the profitability.

Package on offer:
40k AED -50k AED per month plus bonus and benefits

Requirements


At least 4 years FP&A management experience within Multinational environment is essential
Multiple country experience in difference continents
Regional Managerial role experience
Multiple Languages a bonus
Strong Database exposure
Experience in building and structuring and FP&A team
Strong academics / Qualifications
Capability to adapt to necessary changes, and to lead changes
Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline
Pro-active in liaising with the Senior Functional Heads, CFO, Regional and Country General Managers
Good interpersonal skills to work in the team – with service mentality
