Employment: Full Time

Our client represents one of the major automotive players in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their product range includes passenger cars and commercial vehicles of a very well-known and respected Japanese brand. The key purpose of this roles is to develop long term strong relationships with all large fleets including Government, quasi-Government and private companies and to prospect new potential large fleets. Manage all tender activity. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activity levels and sales forecasts on an ongoing basis.

• Financial Performance
• Ensure accurate Monitoring of all sales activity by every team member.
• Ensure all Fleet Sales Managers set strategies to achieve Budget volume and margins..
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financials and potential business changes to the GM Sales & Marketing on an ongoing basis
• Budget sales volume and profitability for Fleet Sales.
• Customer Engagement
• Facilitate customer engagement by promoting a customer centric mindset in the sales team to deliver our core service values; the world’s warmest welcome, responding to customer needs, transparency and ease of doing business.
• Devise strategies for developing Fleet sales and customer contacts across the Kingdom
• Create a performance culture by setting and monitoring performance standards for Fleet Managers
• Develop and Promote Best Practice
• Human Resource Development
• Develop a performance management culture. Ensure Fleet Managers are in line with the Budget and forecasted Sales. Ensure the adherence of all Sales Department Policies and Procedures in terms of activity levels, objective setting and Performance Management. Promote cultural diversity and develop Saudi talent within the business
• Mentor and coach Managers to deliver better results with a Kaizen approach. Create personal development plans for all employees and regularly monitor and discuss progress with them.
• Effectively drive sales results with weekly and monthly review for all Fleet Managers. Where necessary, coach the team to deliver sales efficiencies and upgrade the knowledge and skills of the team. Employ effective strategies for improving Team product knowledge skills.
• Focus on Sales business fundamentals and be a Customer Champion
• Employ robust recruitment methodologies to get the best people.
• Motivate and manage the team to deliver the best result
• Use a collaborative style to get the best out of all stakeholders even when they do not report to you Communications
• Manage daily functional and operational activities of the Fleet team through coordination, regular discussions and weekly updates with team members to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships with key internal and external clients, for Fleet including local government, decision makers, decision influencers, and brokers to increase sales by implementing company approved sales strategies.
• Be a fully supportive team member by sharing experience and best practices with peers and colleagues Innovation
• Continuously review, monitor and evaluate sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales marketing campaigns.
• Develop customer contact strategies. Maintain an accurate and detailed database for all customers past and present
• Promote Kaizen activities and adjust business strategies to achieve Budget.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:

• Degree in Business or equivalent
• High level Automotive Fleet sales experience.
• Controlled sales process. Experience managing sales teams.
• Demonstrates Customer focused core values (warm welcome, easy, transparent, special, personal)
• Business acumen
• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Marketing: Basic knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services. This includes basic marketing strategy and techniques, product presentation and demonstration.
• Personnel and Human Resources: Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Financial and Accounting: Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Automotive Sales with 5 years in Management role & 5 years in Fleet
