The RoleThe RoleMy client is a leading FMCG company going through organisational re-structuring and development The purpose of the role it to lead, direct, manage and co-ordinate the Company HR Operations in Yemen at a Senior Level, providing an efficient HR service and contributing to the management of Yemen’s business by delivering benchmark performance in quality, speed and cost of HR operations, while also providing a HR Generalist & HR Specialist service to all of the Yemen business units and functions. The Regional GM of HR, Yemen has 4 primary responsibilities: To operate as the Senior Level HR Operational Lead for all of the HR Staff in Yemen, Business Unit HR (HRBP) staff, and Business Unit HR Generalists (HRG) and HR Specialists within Yemen. To provide HR Operational services to all Company managers and employees in Yemen. To provide a Country Level Yemen Employee Services Centre, and limited HR Specialist Services and functions, for all Company managers and employees in Yemen. To standardize the Yemen HR policies, procedures and processes for all the Companies in Yemen. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe role requires someone with experience working at a senior HR level within a multi-national consumer good company. Relevant HR degree or equivalent qualification. Ideally have a minimum of eight years HR experience with at least three of these in a Senior HR, HR Operations or HR Generalist leadership role in Yemen. Due to the location of the role a fluent Arabic speaker is required. |
