Employment: Full Time

Morgan McKinley is looking for a senior sales manager for one of our international clients. This is a standalone role and would suit a candidate that has an entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to go out and gain business and think outside the box.

The role if for a candidate that has solid experience in the Water/ Wasterwater/ EPC sector that has technical, commercial and project management skills.

The company is a well established company globally and is looking to set up an extra division to their current UAE office. This candidate will be heading up this division and will be building a team of people around them.

The right candidate must have the following experience:
- Must have experience as a senior manager within the Middle East based in an EPC/ Utilities company.
- Must have excellent project management experience
- Must have a strong network of current clients and contacts within EPC/Utilities
- Must have previous P&L experience
- Must be able to oversee and manage the EPC processes and procedures.
- Strong foundation knowledge of existing produced water technologies , vendors of these technologies and the customers (Producers and EPCs)
- Identify project opportunities
- Screening of project opportunities (bid/no bid)
- Understand client requirements and specifications for water / wasterwater and EPC and development of Win Strategy
- Commercial coordination of all regional water / wasterwater and EPC opportunities (hub between customer, regional support team, product line support team, legal and accounting)
- Market Intelligence and development of regionally specific go to market strategies
- Interface with regional partners ( agents , suppliers, alliance partners)
- Editing of technical and commercial proposals to optimize win opportunity
- Strong foundation knowledge of existing produced water technologies , vendors of these technologies and the customers (Producers and EPCs)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Well versed with regionally specific commercial negotiation protocols and industry norms for commercial terms and conditions.
- Excellent writing and communications skills; able to represent the company in Client and Supplier meetings
- Collaboration and Facilitation abilities (between customer and internal product line resources)

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or B.SC. in a related field of science.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
- EPC and Wastewater and water utilities experience.
- A strong and broad knowledge of business and commercial drivers.
