FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.The main purpose of this role is to have full functional responsibility for all business activities relating to Truck and Bus operations across all FAMCO regional geographies.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

* Formulation of Business Plans for existing and new businesses.
* To manage relationships, and be the main operational contact with Truck & Bus Principals, namely Volvo Truck Corporation, Volvo Bus Corporation, IVECO Truck. IVECO Bus, CIFA, independent body builders plus any other future companies; responsible for contractual terms, pricing, product specifications, volume forecasting, marketing plans etc.
* To formulate product specifications and agree volume forecasts across the region. To manage the supply chain with Principals.
* To set prices regionally, together with n structures and incentive schemes.
* To build market intelligence and develop & implement marketing plans to exploit every opportunity to gain market share, increase revenues and profitability of T&B operations across the region.
* To liaise with Country Managers to lead, control and motivate the Truck & Bus business operations to ensure, as a minimum, the achievement of budgeted sales, gross margins, and net contribution for Units, Parts and Service for the respective franchises.
* To set KPI's and industry best practice criteria together with measuring and monitoring systems for the achievement and maintenance of market share and performance standards across all regional locations. 
* To safeguard the interests of the FAMCO Group Truck & Bus businesses across the region for the benefit of the staff, the Company's reputation and the shareholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* Strong leadership, strategic planning, communications, negotiation, mentoring and management skills
* 8-10 years experience at senior level in Sales & Marketing.
* Minimum 5 years experience within a Truck and/or Bus dealership.
* Diploma, degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
