The Role


• Oversees the operation of all departments and maintains a high level of integrity in all areas of operations.
• Managing, monitoring and supervising company operations (sales, service and others)
• Builds a management team that demonstrates a high degree of teamwork and make decisions that are focused on customer needs. Promote 100% customer satisfaction
• Focuses staff on finding actions, processes or procedures that will increase sales, reduce expenses and improve customer satisfaction
• Follow up with Sales Team on leads and potential customer contacts
• Manage Sales team to achieve their goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in FMCG or Automobile Industry
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• Saudi Nationality
