NTS Group are working together with a truly global company to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner for the Gulf and Near East to be based in Dubai.

Reporting into the HR Lead for the region, the HR Business Partner works in partnership with assigned areas of the business to deliver high quality, standardised HR interventions across a range of HR activities, to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR strategy in assigned customer group.
- Coach & support the development of line managers around HR policy, processes and ways of working.
- Support managers to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Respond to complex queries from managers and employees referred via the services hub.
- Support recruitment and talent management activities to ensure effective succession planning.
- Drive standardization and improvement across the businesses in order to standardize, simplify and continuously improve HR service delivery.
- Support the implementation of initiatives developed by the HR Centers of Excellence, HR BLs and HR services.
- Understand and mitigate the HR Risk environment.
- Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in lines with the HR agenda.
- Manage employee relations issues and investigations that arise on an as needs basis and identify opportunities to continue to improve our work environment.
- Contribute to HR policy development and departmental continuous improvement.
- Advocate and implement any necessary changes to ensure business success.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in HR Management essential.
- Proven performance in a HR generalist role serving multiple customer groups
- Ability to manage project design & implementation to add value
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Functional excellence in at least one of the following is desirable - ER, Compensation & benefits, talent management, HR Service Centre Management, Organisational development or design.
- Working in a matrix environment is desirable.
