A regional leader in the retail and hospitality sector our client are experiencing a surge in business activity as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Regional HR manager.

Reporting to HR Director your responsibilities will include identifying ongoing manpower needs, handling day to day interpretations of policies and procedures, assist in making recommendations to the HR director on organizational changes. You will work closely with senior management on developing a workforce plan for both talent acquisition and development. As part of the senior HR team you will implement performance management systems, organize workshops and administer appraisal reports. This position will require you to be hands on and have strong operational HR experience.

The successful candidate will be required to have a recognized degree; you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational HR position. You must have strong organizational skills and enjoy working to deadlines.
