The Role


Our client is a global player in the banking arena, offering a wide range of services including personal finance, corporate banking, private wealth management and a number of others. They are currently looking for a senior HR professional to be based in Jordan and support a number of countries in the Northern Middle East region. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, your duties will be incredibly varied, but include designing and implementing an HR strategy that supports the business goals, and also helping to drive the change and transformation process that the firm are currently going through. This is a good opportunity to gain regional experience within a global company that offers fantastic career prospects.

The preferred candidate will be a strong HR practitioner, with proven experience in a multinational company at a managerial level. Experience of financial services is useful, as are Arabic language skills. You will be degree qualified, with strong communication skills and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders. You will thrive in a multicultural environment and be customer focused with a "can-do" attitude.
