$90,000 - 120,000

Our client is a large international business with impressive growth across the Middle East. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to head up the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a highly commercial team and manage the operational side of HR for the entire Middle Eastern region.

In this role, you will be leading a team that will deliver HR advice, expertise and hands-on support on a broad range of issues.

Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to a large employee client base
* Work with management to provide best practice HR solutions
* Handle and advise on grievance and disciplinary procedures
* Sensitively but firmly handle sickness and attendance issues
* Respond to employee questions and employee relations issues
* Implement and maintain a consistent application of HR Operational policies to comply with legislation and international best practice
* Work with rest of the wider HR team to provide first-class HR service and support any project work

Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience of working within a shared service environment, preferably within an international business. This position will manage a team and therefore line management experience should be evident in your application. You must be degree-education and have demonstrated the ability to liaise with all levels of management and experience across multiple groups.
