Regional HR Specialist - Policies & Procedures - Up to AED 22,000

A dynamic and highly successful multinational company is looking for a Regional HR Specialist to join their team. This is a very fast paced environment. Your main role will be to ensure all local HR processes are aligned to the companys Global Standards along with meeting the legal and business needs of the company. You will also advise, guide and coach staff at all levels on the correct guidelines for all HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance to the local labour laws of that country.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the process to create, design and implement all HR policies and procedures
- Review current policies and perform Gap analysis and suggest quality improvements
- Design and standardise Country Standard Operating Procedures and the creation of employee handbooks for new country ventures within the Middle East
- Be the main advisor for all HR policy and process related queries and employment issues
- Research and analyse world class processes based on benchmarks and best practice
- Continuously research UAE and GCC labour laws
- Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on process change and its issues and challenges
- Manage and support all HR audits across the company and develop, track and follow up on HR risk register for audit purposes

Requirements

- Candidates must have proven experience of creating policies and procedures from inception along with advanced knowledge of the UAE and GCC labour laws. You must be confident to adhere to the HR guidelines when under pressure from business managers and stakeholders to do things their way.
- A HR qualification or Business related degree is essential along with 5 - 7 years experience within a corporate environment.
- Exposure to SAP systems and advanced Excel skills are required.
