Employment: Full Time

Summary:

This is a key role within the human resources leadership team within the MENA region and also forms part of the EMEA HR service delviery team.

Based Dubai the role leads a large team to deliver HR operatiomnal services for 11 countries.

* High degree of autonomy working closely with HR colleagues to support business agenda;
* Key focus on process streamlining, quality, customer service and risk management;
* Key services include payroll, data management, recruitment, onboarding, learning administration.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Experience of managing a team which delivers HR operations solutions via an HR shared services technology supported centre, is essential;
* Previous experience of leading and managing a large team is essential;
* Proven, progressive and HR operations management experience required;
* Experience of leading & driving transformational change and delivering in demanding environment is required;
* Experience of working in a large multi-national organisation, especially in the banking sector, is an advantage.
