Regional Head of HR
Dubai,United Arab Emirates
Circa 90,000 GBP Tax Free + Education + Bonus
AED 45,000 per month
Our client is a market leading multi brand international retail organization and they are currently recruiting for a Regional Head of HR based in Dubai to manage the ME and oversee continued expansion of the business into Africa and Asia.
Reporting into the CEO and managing a strong HR team the role holder will be responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of the business. As a significant contributor to the company's business strategy and a key member of the senior management team they will work alongside leaders to ensure that HR programs and practices enable the business to achieve its goals. Main areas of responsibility will include Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management and HR Policy & Processes.

Requirements
Person Specification
Degree educated with 7+ years experience within generalist HR you will need to have experience in retail / FMCG sectors and ideally currently be in the Middle East . With experience working on an operational and strategic level you will have lead HR projects on employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.
