Regional Head of Recruitment

AED 45,000 - 50,000 per month

Circa. 90,000 - 100,000 per annum, tax-free salary + benefits

Our client is a world-leading consultancy firm with impressive growth plans across the Middle East. To support this growth, they are seeking to appoint a Regional Head of Recruitment to join their team.

Working within this highly successful, quality driven organisation, you will lead a team of in-house recruiters as well set and develop the business recruitment strategy. Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include: manpower planning, analysing business needs, key stakeholder management and maintaining global best practice methodologies whist addressing local needs.

This opportunity would suit a senior professional recruitment manager with the credibility and gravitas to operate at a strategic level. You will need to be commercially aware with excellent communications and presentation skills. Candidates will need to have worked in organizations responsible for Architectural Design, Project/ Programme Management or Project Construction Management
