Regional Legal Counsel – Corporate Commercial – UAE

CLIENT: We have just been instructed to work with a very well respected brand in the real estate and construction industry. The client acts as a managing consultant to these industries and offers top tier commercial advice and services. They are now looking for their first Middle East Legal Counsel, to be based from Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

ROLE: You will work on a wide variety of commercial contracts, helping the business streamline their work and manage risk. You will additionally advise on corporate governance, compliance and general day to day issues, as well as disputes work across the GCC.

SUMMARY: Fantastic entry level role for a first timer in-house.

CANDIDATE: You will need to have at least 3 years of post qualified experience and ideally understand the construction industry well. You will need to also be common law qualified, and whilst Arabic is not essential at all, it will help. You will hoever need to be based in the regional already. The client may also consider candidates looking for a part-time role.
