Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This job is responsible to establish the Brand as a beauty authority, recruit new customers, and develop deeper relationships with existing customers and developing make up skills for BAs whilst in the field to boost Brand sales.

Training artists in store within assigned key doors stores. Together with Store Coach evaluating Artists performance and setting action plan for their further development. This includes-customer service, brands standards, product knowledge, selling skills, artistry, grooming
Communicating training needs and accomplishments regularly to the Training Manager
Attending regularly team meetings and participating by presenting independent ideas and concepts, discussing departmental developments and coaching and supporting others
Reporting on weekly basis to Training Manager, Retail Manager and concerned Store Managers with feedback, observations and comments following store/counter visits for stores in charge ( Store Coach/Store Manager) to follow up
Work with Counter and / or Account Manager to develop make-up skills for the Beauty Advisors across the region
Adhering to and providing the example for BOBBI BROWN policies regarding customer service expectations, dress code and BOBBI BROWNs professional standards
Ensure to deliver customer service up to / exceed company standard
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Analytical and creative.
Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
Good planning and organizational skills, effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects. Ability to plan ahead and manage your time.
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff-related to work environment needs.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse operation.
