Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a newly created position. It reports to the Regional Finance Director and is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for the manufacturing division, including but not limited to annual budgeting, mid-year business reviews, monthly forecasting, gross margin analysis. This is a key leadership position within the division finance team, and plays a critical role in monitoring and assessing business performance and making recommendations for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of divisional budgeting, mid-year business reviews, monthly forecasting, and all related analysis and communication.
• Manage all aspects of gross margin and supply chain analysis for the division, including key business segments, customers, product lines and key programs. Identify and execute margin improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Serve as finance lead for Lean Six Sigma, partnering closely with divisional and functional LSS teams to achieve related business objectives.
• VP and team to enhance reporting, analysis and business support.
• Perform special projects to support the business as required.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Five or more years of accounting and finance experience
• Minimum 3 yeas’ experience in a similar Commercial Finance role in a large company with multiple countries management experience
• Strong PC and systems skills (Hyperion, MS Office, General Ledger, CAS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
