Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for supervising the branches performance to ensure target and budget achievement and branch's profitability within high control measures, excellent quality of service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Act a member of the regional team to ensure client needs are satisfied and customer relations are established.
- Ensure region is adequately staffed with the support of Human Resources, Consumer Banking with qualified well-trained sales personnel.
- Promote and ensure a positive work environment for employees within the region.
- Direct the sales and service initiative for the region.
- Assist in balancing day to day needs of the region.
- Develop and maintain active relationships with business partners to identify and leverage sales opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum three years in a senior leadership role within a banking or financial institutions firm.
- Required minimum 7 years as a bank branch manager.
- Substantial experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Proven track record of initiating account opening, leading teams, developing strategic plans and ensuring their implementation.
- Demonstrate ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff.
- Proven track record with sales and new business development in conjunction with meeting/exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
