The Role


The Role


Purpose of the job:

Working with stakeholders (owners/consultants) along with KAMs to define project scope and solution requirements. Geographic responsibility will cover UAE & GCC.

Key Objectives:

The successful applicant is responsible for building and maintaining strong and collaborative cross group relationships and partnerships. He will also establish and manage expectations for delivery and benefit realization across stakeholders

Position Responsibilities:

• Create detail solution requirements to represent business needs and input into the design and build phases of the project
• Create solution based on deep knowledge of product functionality and solution maps;
• Involve product /division teams & 3rd party where necessary for customization
• Defining solution implementation strategy & multiyear roadmap to realize business value
Managing benefit/cost definition and performance
• Ensure vision/scope strategies are realized in project delivery
• Leading the implementation across multiple teams (inside sales (SIs), outside sales (customer)
• Work with HQ if necessary to establish the right solution for the project / customer
Ensure solution is scalable and upgradable
• Representing the project to senior leadership across the organization for consensus

Qualifications

Experience, Education and Licensure

• At least 8-10 years of extensive experience in Solution Selling / Enterprise Engagement in Lighting Industry.
• Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
• Good networking with the local Systems Integrators, Enterprise customers
• Strong solution sales / value creation mind set and pro-active
• Strong accounts relationship skills
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
