The RoleThe RoleThe Company: Working for the local franchise partner of this highly successful international Quick Service Retail Outlet combining both food and beverage you will have the opportunity to develop your career rapidly through their aggressive rollout of new outlets over the next 2 years in Dubai and the UAE. Reporting to the General Manager of Retail you will be tasked with driving the sales & profit and overall brand standards are met and exceeded within your region of outlets. Key Responsibilities: • Multi site management of approximately 15-20 retail / QSR sites • Strong leadership of your team and instilling a highly motivated work culture with a strong emphasis on customer service & sales • Be involved in the recruitment, training and mentoring of the Store / Outlet Manager in each site and identifying talent for development • Ensuring the brand standards are adhered to and exceeded • Regular site visits to ensure the customer service experience is always at an exceptional standard • In conjunction with head office be involved in new store / outlet openings within the UAE • Oversee the Health, safety & hygiene of each store and dealing with any complaints |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: • Minimum of 6 years commercial experience in a large Quick Service Retail company or franchise management • 2 years recent experience in a Multi Site / Area Manager capacity overseeing multiple outlets whether company owned or franchised • Strong financial & budget management experience, sales, profits, costs etc. • Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and get the best out of your teams • Well versed on modern Health & Safety rules and regulations both internationally & locally within the Gulf region • A honest and dedicated approach to achieving sales targets & goals • Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment |
