Job description / Role
A multinational FMCG company is currently recruiting for Regional Manufacturing Engineering Manager to Lead the Engineering groups in sites throughout the IMEA region to achieve the standards set by the Global Manufacturing Engineering team and Roll out best practice ME processes in the region working together with Lean Enterprise to drive a continuous improvement culture in engineering. Supported by the Regional Operations Director this job is based in Dubai but will be required to implement ME standards and guidelines across IMEA.
Responsibilities
- Communication of corrective actions to the Leadership Team highlighting SHE, cost and quality improvements.
- Driving the standardisation of best practices by actively running site wide initiatives for continuous improvement in engineering.
- Driving best practice SHE standards in Engineering through the sites in the region.
- Ensuring major engineering project and site build and delivered on time and on budget.
- Provide coaching and support on green belt training through the region
Requirements
- Must have at least Engineering Degree; Chemical Engineer is advantage
- Atleast 8 - 10 Years Engineering experience in a manufacturing industry
- Experience in managing teams essential
- Lean Six Qualified is a plus
- Willingness to travel
