Regional Marketing Communications Manager - Starbucks - Kuwait

The Role:
This role is a leader of others with 3 direct reports, managing a team of ten people who are responsible for ensuring that all brand communications, promotional and marketing activity in the MENA region is consistent with global host brand strategy and in line with Alshaya guidelines & policies.

Through this position, you will:
* Create and manage multi-channel campaign strategies (traditional, digital and social), including developing and tracking of appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets
* Recommend strategy and tactics to drive sales.
* Evaluate, prioritise and lead decisions regarding new content, partnership, and other tactical opportunities based on expected performance and financial viability
* Ensure campaign strategies and tactics are engaging and effective across all channels while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements

* A degree in a related field (Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations)
* +10 years of relevant work experience at a high level in a leading FMCG or (multi-unit) retail company, or in a large communication agency
* Strong experience in planning and implementing promotional, digital and communications programs across multiple countries
* A proven ability to manage communications agencies across multiple countries towards agreed KPIs
* Demonstrated success in building high level relationships as well as having strong interpersonal, communications and presentations skills
* Able to partner a passion for best in class execution with high levels of energy and resilience in order to drive business results.
