Job description / Role
The responsibilities of this role are to support the hotels in MEA with meeting their objectives and revenue goals, ensuring an integrated marketing approach across all commercial activities at Area, Regional and Hotel level, to capture initiatives and drive value. Support Director of Regional Marketing for MEA in executing agreed area-wide strategies and initiatives that generate inbound and outbound revenue for the hotels in MEA and the global estate. Reinforce roll-out and planning of global and area-wide initiatives, provide MEA market insights to key stakeholders, like Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns and promotions are rolled out in line with MEA market requirements.
Requirements
The Regional Marketing Manager, MEA will be the key contact for all new openings and supports the hotel teams throughout the commercial opening pathway, ensuring market entry plans, initiatives and strategies are in place in order to ramp up new hotels effectively. Assist the brands in driving brand awareness and preference, support individual brand initiatives and leverage brand funding for commercial purposes in key MEA markets. Be the brand guardian for all brands in MEA and ensure compliance of brand standards across all brands.
Support, identify and develop bespoke activities for MEA that drive member acquisition and engagement in line with regional and area-wide established targets.
