Leading Pharma Company

NTS Group are working with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Manager for the Gulf Region.

The Medical Affair Manager manages the medical activities for therapy areas for a country and partners with Global Clinical Operations (GCO) in conducting clinical trials.

Responsible for providing specialist advice to a single area of Medical Affairs - eg Compliance, medical excellence, pharmaco-economics. May also be a more unique role responsible for multiple areas of Medical Affairs.

Role holder will be deemed a specialist in their field, and will be expected to input into significant, important decisions and projects, typically on a multi-country or local level. May also manage junior Medical Affairs roles.

Requirements

Industry & Domain Knowledge;
- Pharma / Medical.
- Medical / Pharmaceutical knowledge.

Education & Quallifications
- Medical doctor.
- Pharmaceutical experience and background.

Job Skills
- Planning and Organisation.
- Influence and Negotiation.
- Communication skills (presentation skills, oral, written) experience in conducting round-table discussions.
