Employment: Full Time

Recognizing the growth in activity in the KSA, an exciting opportunity has arisen as Regional Office General Manager, reporting to the Regional Director and CEO of Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited.

This role will be responsible for:
- Efficiently and effectively manage the day to day business of the company and thereby:
a) assist the achievement of its corporate strategy, objectives and budgets
b) ensure compliance with its statutory obligations in Saudi Arabia,
c) develop and maintain robust business systems and process having regard for RR Group policies, principles of good governance and the legal framework in Saudi Arabia
d) inform about the significant capability of the office to to RR sectors seeking to work in Saudi Arabia.

This broad role will own the majority of regional office business processes, namely:
• IT,
• HSE,
• Quality,
• Company Secretariat,
• Risk Management
• Business Resilience

UAE based Finance and HR resource has ownership for their particular function across the region, specific delegation and the discharge of duties to be agreed by all parties.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English - demonstrable excellent speaking and writing skills
• Ability to manage and analyze complexity , both internally and externally
• Strong, proven leadership skills with the willingness to assume responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking ability coupled with the ability to work independently
• Able to work in an ethical manner within an ethically challenged environment
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia highly desirable.
- International experience preferable, especially in dealing with government agencies, customers and partners.
- Arabic speaker desirable
