Miller Hay are currently working in partnership with our client a Global Law Firm, they are currently seeking a Regional Office Manager to be based in their office in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting and dynamic role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm. They are offering a very attractive package for the right candidate.
The Regional Office Manager is responsible for the implementation of and adherence to firm-wide policies for the offices, ensuring they are in line with the other offices globally.
This role requires someone with a strong management style who has proven office management experience and is capable of handling a wide range of duties, as well as interfacing with partners/employees across the European and Middle Eastern offices.
This is a diverse role as it will be responsible for all administration management, facilities/maintenance, vendor management, human resources management, business development, marketing and financial responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a business discipline would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar management level role.
- Native/Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Experience managing multiple offices essential.
