Job description / Role
We are urgently looking for a Regional Operations service manager with extensive experience in HV Power product sector.
You will be responsible for driving the HV Services strategy, performance and financial results.
Ensuring highest quality, on-time delivery and productivity. In particular responsible for continuous improvements of people capabilities and HV services processes with the goal of being the best in the country/region.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering filed with a minimum of 5 years in the services business sector
-Very Strong customer focus
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing) is a must
- Experience in operations, team build-up and customer interface
- More than 5 years experience in relevant leadership positions with P&L responsibility in an international environment
- Leadership and change management experience
- Ability to energize and empower the team
