Job description / Role
My Client is a well renowned, global supplier of services to the Offshore and Marine industries. They have an established presence in the Middle East supporting Oil & Gas companies with offshore vessels, diving teams, terminal services and other related activities.
They are now looking for a Regional QHSE Manager to be accountable for all Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality across the Middle East and Asia operational areas.
This role will involve establishment of group QHSE procedures; developing training programs for vessel staff; conducting audits/inspections onboard; preparation of QAQC investigations and ensuring company vessels are operating under correct compliance and certification standards.
Interviews will take place this week for shortlisted candidates.
Requirements
* 8 years minimum experience in a similar position in the Marine/Offshore Industries
* NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
* Knowledge of industry standards and certifications; ISO14001, ISO9001, OSHAS18001
* Excellent communication skills and approach to personnel development
* Exposure to Offshore Oil & Gas in the Middle East highly desirable
