Regional Recruitment Manager for a Leading Manufacturing Company in Dubai

A large Manufacturing company is looking for a Recruitment Manager to manage their fast growing business. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization on weekly basis, as well as working on development of recruitment strategies, hence the candidate should be experienced enough to lead vital meetings and present reports in front of highly influential people in the organization.

The ideal candidate currently be in a similar role with a large leading organization.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering)
- A Strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
