Job description / Role
Regional Recruitment Manager - Up to AED 40,000 plus excellent benefits
Reporting to the HR Director the Recruitment Manager will work with HR teams and business units to enhance organisational effectiveness through developing, leading and executing resourcing strategies to support the organisations objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership to a team of Recruitment experts
Ensure the resourcing team partners with managers to provide consultancy and guidance through the recruitment process
Develop the organisation structure and deliverables aligned with the organisational strategy
Work closely with the Talent Manager to ensure appropriate assessment methods and competency based interviews are used
Partner with the wider HR team (reward, COE and HR Business Partners) and senior level stakeholders to ensure open communication and recruitment status updates
Lead the resourcing activities for new contracts ensuring delivery is on time and in budget
Set SLAs and KPIs and strategic objectives to improve functional performance and cost efficiency
Manage end to end recruitment for senior level roles
Participate in recruitment audits regionally
Requirements
Candidates are required to have a HR qualification along with 10 years recruitment experience with at least 5 in a managerial role. A proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and cost saving methods are required.
