Regional Reward Analyst - Arabic speaker

Dubai, UAE

AED 15,000 - 22,000 p/month (depending on experience)

Our client, a globally renowned firm, is currently recruiting an Arabic-speaking Reward Analyst to join their growing team in Dubai.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career and gain regional experience within a strong HR team. In this role, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include conducting the analysis of compensation data across the region.

To be successful in this role, you must be degree educated, have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. This position will suit someone who is detail-oriented, creative and resourceful.

Experience within a corporate and international environment is essential for this role. Regional experience is a preference, but not essential, and candidates must be fluent in Arabic.
