A leading international professional services business is looking to recruit a Regional Reward Director to join their Middle East Consulting team in Dubai.

In this role you will be responsible for consulting on all pay and reward-related issues by providing advice and guidance on executive pay, grading, reward, recognition and benefits programmes. You will be accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships and applying your knowledge of compensation governance, design and implementation to deliver practical implementable solutions for your clients. Working closely with international offices, you will have the opportunity to share best practice and global insights.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have experience in the reward consulting field or in a corporate environment where you were performing in an advisory capacity to line functions. Ideally you should be based in the GCC or have previously interacted with the Middle Eastern market in a professional capacity.
