The Role


The Role


Working for a leading turnkey Solar Solutions Provider.
Driving the development of the sales plan for the Middle East/GCC market.
Leadership and direct success in executing on the sales plan for the Middle East/GCC market, to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
Manage and develop the MEI sales team to achieve the above targets.
Developing relationships with top Engineering/Consultants, Energy Consultants, Real Estate Developers, Contractors, and potential solution allies.
Building awareness on the solar heating/cooling opportunity, technology, and viability for client projects.
Helping clients/consultants/contractors value engineer and maximize their value from solar heating/cooling solutions as a substitute and/or support to traditional heating and/or cooling systems.
Provide business and technical solutions to clients, working well with the company support departments such as bid and estimation, technical, R&D, etc.
Organically building a solid technical sales team and client base across the region.
Introduce new products or applications in line with sales account plan. Clearly articulate the customer’s needs to internal technical team. Participate in the technical Research and Development process for product improvement and new product development. Paying up to JOD 5000 a month plus annual sales incentive plus medical for family and up to 3 children.

Requirements


Requirements


10+ years experience in regional and/or international technical sales of Mechanical Solutions for industrial and commercial clients.
Specific experience in Heating Cooling and Ventilation (HVAC) or heating solutions, for mid-large scale clients in the Industrial, Commercial and Residential sectors.
Heating and cooling systems sales experience in a contracting/construction setting is a plus.
Excellent English and Arabic communication and presentation skills.
Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a sales organization to ensure both short and long term goals, objectives and quotas.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
