Job description / Role
The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the Marketing function within the Petrochemicals industry. My client is looking to recruit Regional Sales Manager-Arab Speaker to cover the Middle East.
The incumbent should have a strong understanding of managing and controlling sales of assigned territories and products to ensure the provision of a prompt and efficient service to the company. You must be able to actively participate in the planning and formulation of long and short-term sales strategies for the region.
Must have the ability to negotiate directly with clients and formulations of sales contracts with customers. Must have experience in preparing budgets and forecasts as well as monitoring product consumption in the region to ensure that they are as budgeted and forecasted.
Requirements
The individual will also be representing the company at various events within the Region.
The requirements are as follows:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
* Over 10 years experience in Polymers Polyethylene
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Leadership qualities
* Excellent knowledge of Polymers
* Good analytical mind set
* Fluent in Arabic and English is a MUST
