Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a local distributor who represents multinational FMCG brands. With over 20 years in the region, our client has a strong and growing portfolio including manufacturers from the US, France and Japan. They are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Regional Sales Manager.
Reporting directly to a Commercial Head, you will cover the Middle East region and be responsible for appointing and managing sub distributors. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure exposure and continued sales of the brands whilst having support for reports and administrative duties. Additionally you will liaise internally with operations to ensure documents and stock levels are in order. You will also be involved in forecasting, analysis, market trend and stock as well as presenting a monthly report.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an experienced sales professional working for a regional distributor. Due to the nature of the role, you should be able to speak fluent Arabic and have exceptional English communication skills. Candidates having a background in any product within FMCG will be considered however it is essential you have strong reporting skills and are able to manage sales through a distribution channel. You should be based in Dubai and willing to travel throughout the region. Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills are crucial for this role.
