Regional Sales Manager - Central Region
Our client is a multinational FMCG and a market leader in their category.
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Middle East, you will be responsible for growing sales in the market through distribution in modern trade and general trade. By ensuring quality relationship with the distributor and its sales staff to deliver set volume and profitability targets in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
Work on the Annual operating plan for your region and conduct sales analysis and prepare volume calculations considering planned marketing activities for Finance department to finalize budget. Manage trade spends vs budget and prepare periodical reviews.
Manage the relationship with the distributor and track performance by putting in place the right strategies and KPI's to meet sales/revenue objectives for the business. Demand forecasting & pricing, Trade execution monitoring and order management will be all part of your remit
Requirements
A University Degree with about 7-8 years of FMCG Sales experience in Modern & Traditional Trade is required considering this role will oversee both channels.
2-3 years must have been spent in KSA working in the Central Region or Eastern Region with hands on distributor management exposure. You should have a good understanding of Trade marketing with thorough knowledge of the planning and budget process.
